As I was initially travelling from a distance Kai sent all the information necessary which included a walk around video pointing out all the little imperfections along with all the paperwork in detail. After seeing everything in detail I chose to get the car delivered and I was not disappointed at all . The car was as described and if not better. All this being said Kai did this when being out the country and the morning he landed the car was delivered that same evening as promised over the phone. A real representation of true, honest customer service

Outstanding service from Kai. Went to a main dealership and several other dealerships & got let down each time as cars weren’t 100%. Visited KL Autohouse & was expecting the near enough the same. My god was i proved wrong, The service was outstanding from start to finish. Car was better than described and all paperwork was in hand. First class service from Kai. A very warm & welcoming environment. Spoke to Kai over the phone and from the mannerism and honesty about the car I was confident in travelling down to see it in person. Although I should have taken the delivery service he offered as I was confident with the car and company anyway the 6 hour drive back was one to remember.
